We are currently looking for someone to lead our automated Python testing team.
Requirements:
- Be a leader for your team, develop and motivate employees.
- Manage development processes within the team (Code Review, Code Style, performance evaluation, documentation).
- Together with the testing team, improve metrics for product teams.
- Manage technological development and maintain consistency of technical solutions within the team.
- Implement testing tasks (QA auto engineers) based on the framework.
Our stack:
- You have experience leading a development team.
- Your Python development experience is at least 5 years.
- You know the benefits of flexible development methodologies and apply them in practice.
- You enjoy working not only with code, but also with people.
- You know Python very well.
- You understand how such solutions are built based on ready-made packages (for example: PyTest, requests, asyncio, FastAPI, WebSockets).
- You can work from Python code with Postgres and Clickhouse databases.
