Team Lead (Python)

We#nbsp;are currently looking for someone to#nbsp;lead our automated Python testing team.

Be#nbsp;a#nbsp;leader for your team, develop and motivate employees.
Manage development processes within the team (Code Review, Code Style, performance evaluation, documentation).
Together with the testing team, improve metrics for product teams.
Manage technological development and maintain consistency of#nbsp;technical solutions within the team.
Implement testing tasks (QA#nbsp;auto engineers) based on#nbsp;the framework.

You have experience leading a#nbsp;development team.
Your Python development experience is#nbsp;at#nbsp;least 5 years.
You know the benefits of#nbsp;flexible development methodologies and apply them in#nbsp;practice.
You enjoy working not only with code, but also with people.
You know Python very well.
You understand how such solutions are built based on#nbsp;ready-made packages (for example: PyTest, requests, asyncio, FastAPI, WebSockets).
You can work from Python code with Postgres and Clickhouse databases.
